No Gimmicks

Our program employs proven weight loss concepts which are simple and easy to apply. It uses real food, not gimmicks, to help you lose weight, and learn how to keep it off as well. More than a diet – it is a complete program.

During the program you will enjoy satisfying, nutritious meal plans consisting of real, not packaged foods. You will discover how your body uses food and burns fat. You will learn how to manage stress, curb your appetite, control cravings, and develop new habits to make lasting lifestyle changes for health and wellness. You will hear from experts’ proven strategies for optimal health and wellness.

The Six-Week Cycle for Success

This is a six-week-long program that can be repeated as many times as desired to reach long-term wellness goals. There are five phases to the program (see diagram below):
Phase 1 Preparation 1-5 days
Phase 2 Protein days 1-3
Phase 3 Weight Loss days 4-28
Phase 4 Add more food days 29-42
Phase 5 Long-term maintenance 3-12 months

Jorge has weight management experience for over a decade and provides access to intellectual property from GPs and specialists through our app.


The first six-week cycle is estimated at NZ$900 including the proprietary app. An additional six-week cycle is estimated at NZ$800.

Frequently Asked Questions:

It depends on your baseline and end-goal. We do an initial assessment, review current wellness state, and set realistic goals. We follow-up (measure and report) daily and your coach will recommend any tweaks if necessary. Since all the information is in the proprietary App, you are empowered to have control of your journey. Your coach will be a text, message or call away for support.

During the program you are expected to weight yourself daily. We help with building the routine to measure your weight, first thing in the morning, consistently and under the same conditions, and report to your coach. What is measured can be improved.

It’s not. You will learn during the program the importance of good fats in your diet. Membrane cells are 75% fat anyway, and the program works at the cellular level. It includes high quality fish oil and recommends which fats you can eat.

“Drink before you are thirsty” and do it during the day. The program recommends having at least two litres of water daily.

The program recommends 10,000 steps daily. Ideally, do 5,000 steps before breakfast and complete your 10,000 steps before dinner. If losing weight is your goal, you need to walk “before” meals.
